Straw Wine is a sweet wine, with an alcohol level of 13%.
Residual sugar is around 100g/litre. The Red wine
is amber in colour and can be savoured on its own as an aperitif.
It has an aroma of nuts, orange skin and sweet spices. It is indeed an elegant aperitif.
The White wine is golden in colour with a wonderful candied fruit flavour. Its delicacy is intended to accompany sweet deserts as nut
cake and chocolate mousse. I advise you to drink it a little cooler in this case. A
temperature of 53 degrees F (12°C) is ideal.
Straw Wine can be kept for ten years or more if you can !!
